What should I expect with my delivery?

Pumpkins will be delivered from September 29th through October 19th. Deliveries and design set-up will take place Monday - Friday. You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery. Your set-up will take place on your front porch unless otherwise noted.

How should I care for my pumpkins?

We are delivering fresh, from the farm pumpkins. Because of that, our pumpkins will have irregularities in shape, size, and color. We do our best to provide the highest quality but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins. 

Here are some of our favorite tips and tricks for extending your pumpkin display. 

  • One rotten pumpkin can ruin the whole patch. We encourage you to check your patch often and eliminate any rotting produce. This will help keep your remaining produce intact.

  • A great non-toxic spray you can prepare at home which will keep your pumpkins looking great and deter pesky critters. Mix ingredients well and spray your patch every few days!

  • Fill a spray bottle 3/4 with water

  • Add 1 tbsp of soap concentrate

  • 1 tbsp white or apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper

  • 20 drops peppermint oil

Where does Porch Patch Designs dispose of pumpkins?

All the pumpkins we collect are cleaned and given to ROSE Therapeutic Farm in Brookshire, Texas to use as animal feed. Did you know that pumpkin seeds provide antioxidant benefits to animals?! In agricultural settings, pumpkin seed byproducts can improve antioxidant function in dairy cows and enhance meat and egg quality.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us.
